Terms of Enrollment

Enrollment in any program offered by the Vanward Institute for Advanced Investment Studies is confirmed only upon formal acceptance and receipt of full tuition payment. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. The institute reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its sole discretion.

Enrollment grants access to the specified academic program and associated instructional materials in accordance with the institute’s academic structure and standards.

Tuition and Payment

All tuition is payable in full prior to the start of instruction unless otherwise stated in writing by the institute. Tuition rates are listed on the institute’s website and are subject to change for future cohorts. Tuition paid applies only to the program and start period for which the participant is enrolled.

Refund Policy

Participants who withdraw prior to the start of instruction may request a refund of tuition paid, less any administrative or processing fees incurred.

Once instruction has begun, tuition is non refundable. This policy reflects the academic structure of the programs and the immediate access to instructional content, assessment materials, and institutional resources.

Academic Standards and Certification

All programs are governed by defined academic and analytical standards. Certification is awarded based on demonstrated performance in assessed work. Participation or completion of instructional modules alone does not guarantee certification.

The institute issues certification outcomes based on evaluated analytical competence, including Certificate of Completion, Certificate of Advanced Proficiency, or Certificate of Distinction, where applicable. Not all participants will qualify for advanced or distinction designations.

Reassessment Policy and Fees

Participants who do not meet the required analytical standard on a final assessment may be required to complete additional preparation prior to reassessment. Reassessment opportunities may be subject to scheduled assessment windows.

The institute reserves the right to apply an administrative reassessment fee for subsequent assessment attempts.

No Employment or Financial Outcome Guarantee

The Vanward Institute for Advanced Investment Studies does not guarantee employment, promotion, compensation outcomes, investment performance, or financial results as a consequence of program participation or certification.
Programs are educational in nature and are designed to develop analytical competence and professional judgment. Outcomes depend on individual effort, background, and external factors beyond the institute’s control.

Online Delivery Disclaimer

All academic instruction, assessments, and certification processes are delivered online unless explicitly stated otherwise. Participants are responsible for ensuring reliable internet access and suitable technical capability to engage with online instruction and assessments.

The institute is not responsible for disruptions caused by individual technical limitations or external service providers.

Intellectual Property

All instructional materials, assessments, models, and written content provided by the institute are the intellectual property of the Vanward Institute for Advanced Investment Studies or its licensors. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vanward LLC is registered. Any disputes arising from enrollment, participation, or certification shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Amendments

The institute reserves the right to update or amend these terms and policies at any time. Updated versions will be published on the institute’s website and apply to future enrollments.
